Why This Exists

Every "unwritten rule" cost us something to learn.

In 2021, my husband Chris and I bought a little stone house outside Ostuni. Our contractor, highly recommended, and the person who'd taught the course we took to prepare, disappeared, and a lot went wrong from there. He was a con man with the FBI on his trail.

We rebuilt the house anyway, at a cost that left us in debt for years. DolceRight exists so the next person doesn't have to learn these lessons the same way I did.
